That should actually have been "NET-SNMP-AGENT-MIB::nsModuleTable"

That sounds suspiciously as if the MIB files haven't been installed properly.

Did you compile/install the software yourself from the source, or are
you using a pre-packaged distribution?

I can't recall what O/S you're using, but try "locate NET-SNMP-MIB"
(or similar).
Where are the MIB files installed?
