If you want us to help you, then you're going to have to give us much more detail to work with. For example, how exactly are you starting the daemon? What's the exact command you're using? You say you've created a "handler" line - but where? What's the name of the file? Some of the debug output looks very strange. What exactly have you got in this config file? I really don't have the time to try and guess what you've done, and what might be wrong. If you want assistance, you *must* give us the information to work with.
