I don't know for definite, but I strongly suspect that most general purpose monitoring applications would not be able to handle this automatically. I'd expect that this would need you to develop a dedicated application, which could retrieve information from the various tables, and combine the results appropriately when displaying them. I also suspect that the same holds true for commercial monitoring applications - but it's worth asking the vendors directly.
