Hi,

By printing the parameters (vp, name, length, exact, etc) passed to the
routine that handles the request for the scalar MIB objects, I found out
that some of them are incorrect. For example the value of vp->magic,
vp->type, vp->acl, etc. I think it would be interesting to know how these
variable handling routines are called because apparently the parameter that
are passed to it are incorrect. Does anyone has an idea who calls these
variable handling routines ? any suggestions...

Well, there's probably something wrong in the way that you are
registering these OIDs. This seems to be part of the Ascom
"plc1g" tree, but I've been unable to track down the relevant MIB file.

With no idea of the structure of the MIB, or how you are
implementing it, there's probably very little help we can offer.
