If you want to check this RMON run scripts
test_alarm.sh and test_hist.sh in
$HOME/net-snmp.x.x.x/agent/mibgroup/Rmon/
If rmon was true then These scripts work.
Thanks a lot. The method you have prescribed , it worked .
But I am finding some difficulty in starting the SNMP agent,
so I have installed with rpm. I was able to start the snmp
agent. But the support for RMON is not there.
Please let me know how to enable RMON support if I installed
net-snmp from RPM.
