No.
It relies on a major restructing of the CPU-related code, which was
introduced for the 5.4 release.   This is not really available for 5.3
(There were preliminary versions of some of the code, but not something
that was really useable).

Your best bet might be to take the 'mibgroup/hardware'  subtree from
5.4, and add that to your 5.3 tree, together with the 5.4 'host/hr_proc.c'
file.
