There's a net-snmp project repository in the openSUSE Build Service, currently maintained by darix and me. Additional maintainers are always welcome. You need a login to see the project details. The Fedora packages are fully based on the spec file and sources from SVN. The SuSE package are based on the SuSE spec file, the Debian/Ubuntu deb packages are based on the Debian net-snmp package repository (svn://svn.debian.org/pkg-net-snmp/) and the SVN sources.
