You can't.
That's not valid SMI structure.

You need do define "parallel" tables, with the second table
sharing the same index objects as the first.

Have a look at the HOST-RESOURCES-MIB, and compare
the definitions of the hrDeviceTable and hrPartitionTable
for an example of this.
