I found the problem with rebuilding the 5.4.1 rpm on my Centos3.x. Both
the 32 and 64-bit popt packages were installed and something was picking
the wrong one. 'rpm -e popt.i386' fixed things so the new rpm would
build and it seems to work with opennms.
