Problem:
------------
When accessing the net-snmp master agent with a non-existing v3 user,
an authenticationFailure trap is not sent.
Analysis:
-------------
1) I got 'authtrapenable 1' configured in my snmpd.conf file.
2) when accessing it with a non-existing community the
authenticationFailure trap is sent.
Net-Snmp-5.3.1, Linux, PPC
Quesiton:

Is v3 authentication failure trap implemented by net-snmp?
