Put some debugging code into your script, to save the details
of how it was invoked in a file somewhere.  Similarly for which
branch gets called, and what (if anything) the script returns.

Try running individual GETNEXT requests on these OIDs,
and see what script actually sees and does.

Similarly with an snmpwalk.
