Nothing. It is not possible to use IP addresses to restrict SNMP traffic (pedanticism: wrappers and the lkike can be used for this purpose, but are not SNMP applications). This is a good thing. USM is a user-based model, and users are the same no matter which host they log in from, so the trust level should be the same.
