Hi all I have a question for you! Inform protocol differs from Trap Protocol for acknowledgment by managing station. That's to say that snmpd daemon when sends an inform, if is has been relayed without problems, it receive an aknowledgment by managing station. I want to know how inform manages notifications (i.e.: if snmpd doesn't receive an ack, it retries sending notifications until it receive an ack)? Then, how can i do in order to monitor if snmpd has an ack or not from managing station?
