Please find in attached file the out put of " ls
/usr/local/share/snmp/mibs" command .
It shows that DISMAN-EVENT-MIB.txt is there.

Well, according to that log - the DISMAN-EVENT-MIB is not
listed as being in /usr/local/share/snmp/mibs
What does this directory actually contain?
