I have a net-snmp agent running in some linux boxen and being managed by
an SNMPv3 manager. It is currently using standard password derived keys
for authentication and privacy.

I wish to change the privacy to use Diffie Hellman Key Agreement.

    * How can I force the agent to initiate a new key agreement to
      change the keys?

    * Is there a timeout window where the keys can be reset or
regenerated if a manager snmp packet hasn't been seen for a some
      defined period?

    * How can a manager know if an agent has changed a user's private
key, and initiate or participate in a DHKA to resync privacy keys?

Thanks, Brendan.
