Is there any possibility that transmission values are available in
ucd-snmp??

And if I add dot3.c and dot3.h (7th child of transmission) and then Make the
whole snmp, will net-snmp then support the new configuration??

That is correct.
The MIBs underneath the 'transmission' tree have not been implemented
in the Net-SNMP agent.

Not possible, I'm afraid.
Someone needs to write the code to supply this information.
That hasn't yet been done.
