Ok I added -D <ip> option to snmptrapd demon and found out it did not
pass snmptt handler,
lots of msgs I saw after receiving traps are:

 trace: netsnmp_trapd_auth(): snmptrapd_auth.c, 120:
   4381 snmptrapd:auth:   result: not authorized
---------------

Guess it must be new changes on net-snmp v5.3.. will have to take a
closer look on that...
