That's a very old version of the software
(and is no longer being maintained).

The Host Resources MIB was an optional module with the 5.1.x line.
You would need to have run
configure --with-mib-modules=host
in order to include Host Resources MIB support.
With the latest releases, this is included as part of the default build.
Try with 5.4.1, and things should work OK.
