That's not a valid "access" line.
Can you please post the *whole* of the snmpd.conf file,
rather than incomplete snippets.   I'm not prepared to waste
time guessing what you actually mean.

I would also suggest trying a very simple MIB module as part of the
main SNMP agent, rather than as a subagent.   Get that working with
a non-default context first, and *then* extend this to an AgentX approach.
