Yes.
The Net-SNMP suite includes client-side commands (snmpget, etc)
which will work on Windows as well as Unix-style systems.

If you are not using our software, then we can't really help you.

That's presumably the Microsoft-supplied agent.
I don't personally know (or care! :-)) whether they also
supply client-side tools.  You would need to talk to
Microsoft themselves to find out - we can't provide
support for their software.

If you haven't installed our tools, then it's not exactly surprising if you
