No - that's not what I said.
The option is
--with-mib-modules=ucd-snmp/dlmod
This should probably be enabled as default.

Yes - that's what I assumed.
The UCD-SNMP releases have effectively been dead for several years.
The Net-SNMP project grew out of it, and much of the same code
is still in use.

If you had bothered to do this, you would have seen that the module
"ucd-snmp/dlmod" was valid for the Net-SNMP code as well.
