Please see the FAQ entry
Which mib2c configuration file should I use?
        http://www.net-snmp.org/wiki/index.php/FAQ:Coding_08

the "mib2c General Overview" tutorial page
    http://www.net-snmp.org/wiki/index.php/TUT:mib2c_General_Overview

or run "mib2c" without specifying a config file, and answer
the prompts that it will give you.

Neither of these config templates exist.
See the directory 'local' for the choices open to you.

Personally, I tend to work with the 'mib2c.table_data.conf'
template (which uses the tdata helper). I know Robert prefers
the 'mib2c.mfd.conf' template, which uses a completely different
framework.
But either of these (or any of the others) should provide
a reasonable starting point. There's no One Right Answer.
