Good, good. I take it the "Oracle Master Agent" is installed but not
enabled as part of the database install, correct? Which OS are you on?

Microsoft's SNMP agent is pre-installed in most versions of Windows.
It's been around awhile. I don't know the details, but I believe a DLL and
server registration during install are sufficient to enable the MIB.
