No.

I'm not aware of any such plans.

This MIB would be of limited use (i.e. none IMO!), since it assumes
a different model of proxy forwarding to that used in the Net-SNMP
agent.
   It might be a suitable starting point for a private extension,
or we could perhaps look at implementing a private alternative.
But the PROXY-MIB as it stands wouldn't support dynamic
configuration of our current "proxy" directive.

But if someone wishes to try implementing this MIB, no-one here
is going to stand in their way.
