I am trying to use the monitor directive to access some SNMP variables from
a proprietary application. I can set up and access and of the
defaultMonitors with no difficulty and I can access the information at the
OID I wish to monitor via the SNMPv3 credentials. However no trap is ever
fired. Am I missing something. This is with net-snmp 5.4.1
