What are the exact command(s) you are using to add these new entries?
Are you adding an entry to the snmpNotifyTable?
What do the commands:
snmptable .... snmpTargetAddrTable
snmptable .... snmpTargetParamsTable
snmptable .... snmpNotifyTable
show
a) Before setting up the new target?
b) After setting up the new target?
