Hi Folks....
If I do this:
$ snmpwalk -v 2c -c mll-O lb001.geni.com vsvrTotHits.3.119.119.119
I get this:
NS-ROOT-MIB::vsvrTotHits."www" = Counter64: 1464380524
Does it not then follow that I should be able to do this:
$ snmpwalk -v 2c -c mll-O lb001.geni.com vsvrTotHits.www
which unfortunately results in
vsvrTotHits.www: Unknown Object Identifier (Index out of range: www
(vsvrName))
or perhaps this:
$ snmpwalk -v 2c -c mll-O lb001.geni.com vsvrTotHits.\"www\"
which similarly results in:
vsvrTotHits."www": Unknown Object Identifier (Index out of range: "www
(vsvrName))
What am I missing? How can I use the symbolic names?
Many thanks,
</edg>
