OK - that explains everything. The "includeAllDisks" directive was only introduced in early 2003 (with v5.1, I believe) Version 4.2.4 dates back to mid-2002 That line of code hasn't been supported for over six years! If you use such ancient software, then yes - there are going to be many many features that are missing or don't work properly.
