But that won't fix the underlying problem.
The application is trying to load a list of (fairly standard) MIBs,
but the library can't find them. Assuming that those MIBs
are indeed present on the system, then that indicates a
misconfiguration somewhere, which needs to be fixed.

You say that the RPM includes the MIB files.
Where are these being installed?
Exactly what files are included in the RPM?

Try running your application with the debug option '-Dread_config'
That will indicate which directory/ies it is looking for MIB files in.
How does that compare with where the MIB files actually are?
