I have the same issue. The problem is in the hrStorage module. If you disable that module you can run just fine, but will not be able to track filesystem data.

What happens immediately before the agent falls over? If you can work out how to trigger the crash, it might be worth experimenting with various -Dtoken debugging statements as well. But I'd suggest you find out exactly what triggers the problem first. (Particularly if you're going to try with -Dall!)
