I have the same issue.  The problem is in the hrStorage module.  If you disable 
that module you can run just fine, but will not be able to track filesystem 
data.

I created bug #2712670 on sourceforge.net, and according to responses future 
releases should not have this problem.

Are the agents being queried at the time that they fall over?

Try running an agent manually, using something like

    snmpd -f -Le -d

which will print out a dump of all SNMP traffic to standard output.
What happens immediately before the agent falls over?

If you can work out how to trigger the crash, it might be worth experimenting
with various -Dtoken debugging statements as well.     But I'd suggest you
find out exactly what triggers the problem first.  (Particularly if you're 
going to try with -Dall!)
