Let me be specific with my query.
My requirement is : User can add mibs. The Custom mibs should be validated and 
should be loaded.
For example my mib file name can be sample.mib. Inside that I may have a IfMIB. 
So in that case my mib name should be IfMIB and not sample.
In NET SNMP we have a method called read_mib(FileName), which reads the mib 
files and returns Errors if any.

What my requirement is
Load the mib files and check if they are valid. If so return the mib name.

Errr... where?
I've done a quick search of the source code and can't spot any routine
by this name.  (It doesn't feel like Net-SNMP naming convention either).

The main routine for loading a MIB module would be "read_module",
which takes the name of the MIB  (not the filename).
