That's the outgoing request ID (0x6c94c962) > Received 57 bytes from UDP: [192.168.1.201]:161 > 0000: .... But with the wrong request ID, so the response is discarded. You should log this as a bug with the vendor of the network equipment being queried. Their agent is broken.
