No.
hrStorageSize and hrStorageUsed are given in values of
"hrStorageAllocationUnits".
(see the description field of the MIB definition).
  If you walk these objects, the results are given as plain numbers.

hrStorageAllocationUnits is given in units of "Bytes".
  (see the UNITS field of the MIB definition).
If you walk this object, the results display the UNITS field.

It's not part of the varbind - it's taken from the MIB definition.
(Except that in this case, it's not!)
