I'm sorry, but I can't provide you with a suitable startup script for Solaris 9. But given that you're running on such a system, then you will already have several examples of the appropriate type of script, provided by Sun themselves. Why not take one of those, and tweak it to use the appropriate commands for starting/stopping the SNMP agent?
