No. it is quite possible to configure the agent to support several community names (perhaps with different views and/or levels of access). It is also quite possible to configure the agent for SNMPv3 only, in which case there will be no valid community names. If you want to know the access control settings for an agent, then you need to look at the content of the configuration files.
