Here are some points on further investigation and would like to seek your 
inputs. 



As its not feasible to increase the "SNMP_MAX_MSG_SIZE 1472" so I retained the 
same. The reason snmpwalk is failing is because the DF (Don't fragment) bit is 
set to 1 in get-response message, so please help me to clear DF bit in netsnmp 
source code while querying larger size data.

No - I actually asked for the MIB definition itself,

not a summarised description of the object.

And what does the code actually look like?

It might have been useful to mention that in the first place!



But your original question was about how to turn on debugging.

We really need to see the context of the code that implements this

object, in order to advise you on which debugging tokens would be

most useful to turn on.
