The REGISTER_MIB call was used for the old-style (UCD, v4) approach
to implementing MIBs.   The newer (Net-SNMP, v5) approach uses the
"netsnmp_register_xxx()" style calls instead.

Don't worry about the old-style MIB code - it's much better to concentrate
on the newer approach.  We simply haven't finished replacing all of the
older modules.
