Hi All,
I installed net-snmp-5.5 with "mysql trap logging" is enabled.
I want log the traps into mysql databse.I didnt find any trap handler for
logging into mysql db in net-snmnp-5.5
source package.I found only schema
file(/net-snmp-5.5/dist/schema-snmptrapd.sql) to create "net_snmp" database
with
notifications and varbinds tables.
But README.sql tells "A trap handler for logging traps to a MySQL database
was added
in release 5.5.0.".
Please let me know about trap handler ?.
Is it available in package or we have to write ?
