Also suspicious if I pass in big-endian the OID to
"netsnmp_create_handler_registration", this log line changes for:

register_mib: registering "AgentX subagent 11, session   568b60,
subsession   569e40" at
.72057594037927936.216172782113783808.432345564227567616.72057594037927936.288230376151711744.72057594037927936.3175882162226331648.216172782113783808.2810246167479189504

Inverting the byte order of these big numbers, I obtain:
1.3.6.1.4.1.4908.3.39, but it seems to be 64 bits integers.

Note: the problem is in Solaris10-intel platform
