What OID(s) does your application request?
Do you know which OID this error corresponds to?

It might be useful to post the code of your application,
together with the exact command used to invoke it
(particularly if the SNMP requests use information from the command line)

It's a little difficult to offer sensible advice based on the details
you have given us so far.
