If smilint passes the MIB, then it's very likely to be syntactically correct.
But that's just the syntax of the MIB file.
   It cannot say anything about either the semantics of the MIB,
or the implementation code.

That code is most likely where the problem lies.

Well, if you cannot tell us anything about the MIB, or even answer
the questions that I asked, then there's probably nothing more we
can do to help.
   All I can suggest is that you hire an SNMP consultant, who can
sign suitable NDAs,  and look at the code/MIB/etc for you.
