Those errors are the results of you not running "make install" first. The MIB errors can generally be ignored, however, as the agent really doesn't "need" the MIBs.
However, these: Failed to create the persistent directory for /var/net-snmp/snmpd.conf read_config_store open failure on /var/net-snmp/snmpd.conf Are a bigger problem. For some reason the agent isn't able to save data to that file.
