The usmUser fields are not encrypted - they are simply expressed
as hex strings, rather than printable ascii.

0x6f70657200 is    'o' 'p' 'e' 'r'  (followed by NULL)

You should be able to decode the other entries similarly.
Note that you only need to look at the fifth token for each line.
