Hi,
I need to implement link up and link down generic traps using
Net-snmp 5.6 API's . I am not supposed to use built in agent
which handles these traps by itself.Can anyone tell how my
application will come to know link up/down nevents? Shall I
catch SIGIo signal in my application to handle this ?
