First question:
   Why do you need to define your own MIB?

Much of the strength of SNMP comes from it being a *standard*.
The same MIB objects can be used to monitor the same information,
regardless of whose system is being monitored.

Five of the six elements that you list above are handled by existing
MIBs,  (and the sixth may well be covered as well).
Why not use the facilities that are already there, rather than
re-inventing your own?
