Hi all,

I'm looking at how net-snmp forwards traps.

Trap sinks set using the 'trap2sink' directive work as expected, but
destinations set using 'snmpNotifyTable/targetAddr/targetParams' don't
seem to be receiving any traps.

I see in `send_enterprise_trap_vars()` that the traps are forwarded to
the sinks defined in the `trap_sinks` list.

I can also see that the sink destinations are added to the `trap_sinks`
list in `snmpd_parse_config_trap2sink()`.

I can't seem to find where the
`snmpd_parse_config_target{Addr,Params}()` methods add their destination
to the sink list.

Are they even supposed to, or is there another structure (besides the
`trap_sinks`) parsed when traps are received?

Sorry for all these questions I'm still trying to graps how net-snmp works!
