Hi,
I was facing the same problem with Wireshark. However I did manage to get
it to recognize SNMP traps destined to a port other than 162.

For example if I use a capture filter "port 1625", I can get all trap packets
destined to the port 1625. Then as soon as there a packet come in,
I right-click on it, select "decode as SNMP" (or select
menu "Analyze->Decode As", then select "UDP->Destination 1625", and
associate it with "SNMP" protocol in the list box on the right side of the
dialog. Then Wireshark can properly decode all subsequent UDP packets
destined to port 1625 as SNMP packets. The menu "Analyze->User specified
Decode" will contain the custom decoding you just defined.
Note the user specified decodes can not be saved. If you quit Wireshark,
these settings will be lost.

Hi Dave,

Thanks for your help. I found wireshark filter can not recognize SNMP packet of carrying destination port other than 161 or 162. I found those traps through tcpdump.

Thanks.

You should be able to send traps to another port using a directive
    of the form

        trapsink 172.16.177.1:4440 <http://172.16.177.1:4440> public
