That is likely impossible and is maybe especially true for authPriv
Traps, without knowing a fixed engineID, there is no way for snmptrapd
to process config file and localize the pass-phrases you specified into
correspondent keys.
It is also wrong for a SNMP agent to send out traps using random
engineIDs, it must use its own engineIDs. For Inform PDU it should use
the receiver's engineID.

[Notes: In MIB browser, it can parsing trap information with random
engineid. ]
_If use a fix engine id, I can see the trap information by the
following steps:_
1. Create a snmptrapd.conf
createUser -e 0x80001F88807053AC784DC8E6F3 test-read MD5 12345678 DES
12345678
createUser ruckus-read MD5 12345678 DES 12345678
authUser log,execute,net test-read
2. In my computer, start snmptrapd with the comamnd: snmptrapd -c
snmptrapd.conf -f -Le -d
3. Use snmptrap send a trap from our device. [With the engine id
'0x80001F88807053AC784DC8E6F3']
4. We can see v3 trap information in my computer.
