Apparently the link to the Net-SNMP 5.5 Windows binaries has been removed
from that page on March 21 2011 (r20150). That seems pretty inconvenient to
me for Windows users since it makes it pretty difficult for them to find any
Net-SNMP Windows binaries.
Anyway, this is the link that was commented out and where you can find the
5.5 Windows binaries:
