Dear all I'm looking for a way to receive v2 informs with snmptrapd and forward them as v3 informs to another trap receiver.
I did not find a way to do this with netsnmp, as the forward directive does not support any snmpoptions. Can this be done somehow? A solution might be, to pass the v2 informs to a seperate script with the (traphandle directive), which then resends the incoming informs as v3 informs using snmptrap cmdline tool.
